Xavier Tramaine Duckett better known as “Xavier Tramaine” or ” X “, was born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia. His initial travels to Africa started in 2008 when he took his first flight ever to Ghana as a mission trip with church. From that moment forward his perspective of the world would never be the same.
X is a creator, a catalyst, a connector, a true creative and visionary to the soul. In 2015, he moved home after finishing his football career at Old Dominion University and began to dive into photography. This hobby turned into a passion that would evolve and shape over the years. As X began to pursue his entrepreneurial journey, travel became a way for him to escape and to stimulate creativity. Xavier is passionate about travel, it allows him to empower, expose and educate not only himself but his community as well, along with and immersing himself into different cultures to keep his out- of-the-box thinking sharp and fruitful.
Many people know Xavier for his hustler spirit and humble mentality, with the various companies and projects that he has created and curates. But not alot of people know the artistic side, and this side of Xavier Tramaine can truly be seen throughout this collection of portraits that were derived from his travels to Uganda, South Africa, Ethiopia and more.
This is Perspective.
